Dissipative particle dynamics simulation was applied to investigate the self-assembly of new segmented random-block copolymers (A-co-B)-b-B in selective solvents. The coarse-grained models of random-block copolymers were built. The effects of the composition of the copolymer, the interaction parameters, the volume fractions, as well as the ratio of hydrophilic particles to hydrophobic particles in the random segment, on the morphology of the aggregations were systematically investigated. The results showed that new segmented random-block copolymers (A-co-B)-b-B could self-assemble into rodlike micelle, spherical micelle and two-compartment micelle. Oval-shaped micelle and spherical micelle could be formed at different volume fractions. The simulation results provide an important reference to the design and synthesis of specific micelles. 相似文献

Polypropylene random copolymer nanocomposites having 0.2–7.0 vol% multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were prepared via melt processing. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was employed to determine the nano scale dispersion of carbon nanotubes. Linear viscoelastic behavior of these nanocomposites was investigated using parallel plate rheometry. Incorporation of carbon nanotubes in the polymer matrix resulted in higher complex viscosity (η*), storage (G′) and loss modulus (G″) as compared to neat polymer, especially in the low-frequency region, suggesting a change from liquid to solid-like behavior in the nanocomposites. By plotting storage modulus vs. carbon nanotube loading and fitting with a power law function, the rheological percolation threshold in these nanocomposites was observed at a loading of ∼0.27 vol% of MWCNTs. However, electrical percolation threshold was reported at ∼0.19 vol% of MWCNTs loading. The difference in the percolation thresholds is understood in terms of nanotube connectivity with nanotubes and polymer chain required for electrical conductivity and rheological percolation. 相似文献

β-nucleated long chain branched (LCB) polypropylene random copolymers (PPRs) were prepared via reactive extrusion by introducing β nucleating agent (NA), dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and various contents of 1, 6-Hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) into PPR. Results of Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and the rheological properties demonstrate the existence of LCB polypropylene. Mechanical properties including impact strength, tensile strength and elongation at break were studied. The crystal structure, morphology and crystallization behavior were investigated via wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), polarized light microscopy (PLM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Non-isothermal crystallization kinetics using the Jeziorny method was also studied. The results show an increased LCB degree with increasing HDDA amount. For the sample with a moderate LCB level, synergistic toughening effect of NA and LCB is achieved without deterioration of yield strength or elongation at break, partially because of its higher β-phase content and much smaller spherulite size. It exhibits the minimum values of Tc and Zc1, and the maximum values of t1/2 and n1 in the primary stage of crystallization, regardless of the cooling rate, indicating a slower crystallization rate and more complicated nucleation and crystal growth model. 相似文献

轴承是工程实际中常用而又极易损坏的部件,特别是对其早期微弱响应的辨识,具有重要的社会价值和意义。为提高运转轴承的安全可靠性和可维护性,提出了基于主元分析与动态时间弯曲距离的故障诊断方法,它可以准确对早期微弱动态响应辨识、诊断。该方法首先将典型故障样本信号与待测信号小波去噪并EMD分解,并对若干固有模态分量主元分析求取主元,然后对主元分量进行分析,获得相关特征值组成特征向量,计算待测信号与已知故障样本信号特征向量的弯曲距离,弯曲距离越小表明两信号越相似,从而辨识故障。此外,还可将其应用于转子、碰磨、齿轮故障诊断中,工程应用实例表明该方法可以准确故障分类,高效故障诊断。 相似文献

We apply a general random walk model to the study of the ATPase‘s one-dimensional translocation along obstacle biological environment, and show the effects of random obstacles on the ATPase translocation along single stranded DNA. We find that the obstacle environment can reduce the lifetime of ATPase lattice-bound state which results in the inhibition of ATPase activity. We also carry out the ranges of rate constant of ATPase unidirectonal translocation and bidirectional translocation. Our results are consistent with the experiments and relevant theoretical consideration, and can be used to explain some physiological phenomena. 相似文献
